The Town of Plymouth Conservation Commission has recently updated the recommended plant list for revegetation projects in buffer zones protected areas, adopting the list from the Cape Cod Commission.

Remember, if you live pond-side, the Town of Plymouth has strict rules to protect our waters.

CONSERVATION COMMISSION RULES
= 200 Ft from any river
= 100 Ft from any pond
BUFFER ZONE RESOURCE AREA

and you need to seek permission for tree and vegetation removal, buildings, sheds, etc within these resource areas.
