Makepeace's Redbrook neighborhood is quietly growing southwest of the Six Ponds neighborhood, and three road intersections have been improved: Long Pond Road at Ship Pond Road, Bourne Road at Halfway Pond Road, and Long Pond Road at Clark Road.

All along the way, the Six Ponds group has been involved with decisions and outcomes. The next big construction project will be the intersection of Long Pond Road / Halfway Pond Road / Bloody Pond Road. The Town of Plymouth has pushed this to 2021; the demand for police details in other locations due to the 400th Anniversary takes priority.
